另外一位被教召的副組長李承勳中士則指出，本身之前就是職業甲士，以往教召都是7天計較，此次一最先有點錯愕，怎麼忽然增添到14天。
至於，14天的不休假練習，中央是否有較為輕鬆的部份？他直接否認、並申明，施訓時候為日間8小時、夜間2小時，所以不會有讓你歇息的時候，但會讓你晚上洗澡、睡覺，召員如有不適可向幹部反應，軍方都會妥適處置懲罰。

14天教育召集新制首梯今（5）日入營，時候從原本的5天拉長為14天，召訓期間不休假、逐日施訓10小時。本次「最高階」召員為擔負副營長的陳明中少校，退伍5年多初次被教召，談及近期的烏俄戰爭，他坦言，將來如有戰事，總有人要上疆場操作武器，既然被教召了就回來做精實練習。
首波新式教召被放置在桃園蘆竹沿海戰術位置，將實行全程野宿、野炊的嚴厲管束，禁止帶便當、叫外送。首梯人員（含國軍幹部）共600人，今日上午8時在蘆竹區山腳國小報到入營，睜開為期14天的充分練習，直到18日才竣事。

陳明中受訪時默示，此次新制教召是共同國度政策，14天練習完後可以檢討和改進，自己遵守國度今朝的政策。
