景象形象局預報員黃恩鴻表示，兩個熱帶性低氣壓正在成長中，TD18位於日本南邊海面，最快今（22日）晚到明週五上午可能增強為本年第15號颱風「塔拉斯」，另外一個位於台灣東南邊海面上的TD19，最快24小時擺佈，也就是明週五下戰書可能加強為本年第16號颱風「諾盧」，距離台灣很遙遠，沒有直接影響，不外遭到南邊大低壓帶移動，環流水氣會影響週末降雨情形。
黃恩鴻表示，週五至週末（23~25日）受到低壓帶環流加上東寒風影響，北部、東半部區域及恆春半島有局部短暫陣雨，其他地區為多雲到晴，午後山區有局部短暫雷陣雨；基隆北海岸、東北部地區及大台北山區週六得注意有局部大雨産生機率。
秋季到，近來天氣已顯著降溫，太平洋面上目前出現兩個熱帶性低氣壓也將成颱，中央氣象局示意，熱帶性低氣壓TD18最快今晚至明日會生成颱風「塔拉斯」，TD19則是最快明日生成第16號颱風「諾盧」。
